Prophet Godwin Ikuru, a prominent voice within the National Amnesty space, has officially expressed high satisfaction with the current trajectory of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP). Under the stewardship of the Administrator, Dr. Dennis Otuaro, the scheme has evolved into a vital instrument for restoring lasting peace across the Niger Delta. Prophet Ikuru noted that Otuaro’s “absolute control” and watchful eye over the region’s creeks have significantly stabilized the territory, fostering an environment where progress can finally take root.
The Prophet highlighted Dr. Otuaro’s tireless work ethic, describing him as a leader who works “day and night” to ensure the welfare of the region’s people. Since Otuaro took office, the PAP has sponsored a staggering 8,205 students in both Nigerian and foreign institutions.
