Access Bank urges Nigerians to ‘Stay Safe’

Following the recent developments in the country, most especially in Lagos State, leading financial inclusive bank, Access Bank Plc., has urged Nigerians and its customers to stay safe and explore their online options for all their needs.In a statement released via its online twitter handle, the bank pleaded with its customers to stay safe in the midst of these pandemonium and the continuous #EndSars #EndBadGovernance protests across the country.
The statement reads; “Dear esteemed customers, following the 24 hour curfew imposed by the government, our branches in the affected locations have been temporarily shut down.”
“Our digital banking channels are open for you; {mobile app, online banking; www.accessbankplc.com, *901# and whatsapp banking; 09090901901}”
“Please stay safe and do not disclose your personal banking details over the phone to anyone, as scammers may want to take advantage at this time.”
“Our contact centre will be available via email contactcenter@accessbankplc.com and we will keep you updated as events unfold.”Thank you for choosing Access Bank.#WeCare. The statement read.
Recalled that in the last 24 hours, there have been serious breakdown of law and other in some parts of the country, while some public and private institutions and properties have been touched.
