The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has dismantled a syndicate involved in the vandalism, theft and recycling of critical national infrastructure, including railway tracks, NNPC pipelines and water board installations, with no fewer than 12 suspects arrested. The National Public Relations Officer of the corps, ACC Babawale Afolabi, disclosed this during a briefing on Wednesday in Kaduna.
