Hon. Azeez Oladapo Yusuf, popularly known as Ninalowo, has extended his foundation’s back-to-school program to all public primary schools in Orile-Agege LCDA. Speaking with journalists, Ninalowo expressed his deep connection to Agege, the community where he was born and raised. He emphasized that his return to support the children during the back-to-school season is a natural extension of his gratitude and commitment to the community.
Ninalowo’s foundation distributed 1,000 bags and 2,000 writing materials to students, aiming to enhance their educational journey. He traveled from England to ensure the materials were distributed personally. The foundation’s mission includes not only educational support but also skills acquisition and empowerment for youth, as well as assistance to widows.
Board member of Lagos SUBEB, Yerifat Abiodun Adedoyin, praised Ninalowo’s consistent efforts to give back to society. She highlighted the importance of the program in relieving parents of educational expenses and encouraged parents to monitor the use of the materials provided.
Hon. AbdulFatai Olagoke Ajibola, Special Adviser on Political Matters to the Right Honourable Speaker Ajayi Obasa, commended Ninalowo for his dedication to God and humanity. He acknowledged the significant impact of Ninalowo’s contributions to the community and encouraged others to follow his example.
Ninalowo’s foundation, originally known as Bigger Pool Foundation in The Gambia, has been rebranded to Ninalowo Foundation to better connect with the people of Agege. The foundation operates both online and offline, extending help to those in genuine need.
Ninalowo’s message to the children was clear: education is crucial for their future success. He urged them to dedicate their time to their studies, emphasizing that taking care of children is non-negotiable. He also expressed gratitude to the political party in Agege and the donors who have supported the foundation’s initiatives.
