Tinubu seeks maintenance of N3.5bn Ogba shopping complex
1 min readThe National Leader of the All Progressive Party, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has urged the developers of Ogba Multipurpose Shopping Complex to ensure the maintenance of the infrastructure.
According to a statement on Friday titled ‘Tinubu commissions Ogba multipurpose retail market complex’, the former Lagos State governor said this during the inauguration of the ultramodern edifice named after his mother, Alhaji Abibatu Mogaji.
The statement said many dignitaries were in attendance at the event.
Speaking during the event, Tinubu, who was represented by APC Women leader, Kemi Nelson, said, “God has provided an edifice for Ojodu LCDA and they must ensure it is maintained.
Speaking on the maintenance of the edifice, the Chief Executive Officer, Eliezer Investments Limited, the complex builder, Kehinde Fajana, said the new shopping complex which cost N3.5bn occupied 6,000sqm of buildup area and 7,500sqm demountable partitions of saleable space.
