Cherubim & Seraphim Church loses Supreme Head, Abiodun Alogbo

The death has occurred of the Supreme Head of the Cherubim & Seraphim Unification Church of Nigeria, His Most Eminence prophet Dr. Emmanuel Abiodun Adewale Alogbo. He was aged 93 years old.
As Supreme Head of the C&S Unification Church of Nigeria, the late Baba Aladura Alogbo was the spiritual head of all Cherubim & Seraphim churches in the whole world.
Prophet Alogbo died in his sleep on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at his Obadeyi home via Abule Egba in Ojokoro Local Council Development Area of Lagos State.
In a release issued by the Secretary General of the Unification Church world wide, Snr. Apostle Tayo Ajose, the late church leader was installed as Supreme Head of the Unification Church on September 20, 2025 after the expiration of tenure of his predecessor in office, His Most Eminence Prophet Dr. Solomon Adegboyega Alao.
According to the release, “It is with heavy heart but with a joyful praise to GOD Almighty for a life well-spent that we announce the death of the Supreme Head of the Cherubim & Seraphim Unification Church of Nigeria, His Most Eminence Prophet Dr. Emmanuel Abiodun Adewale Alogbo who joined the Saints Triumphant on Thursday, July 30, 2026. The Ecclesiastical Council and entire members of the Unification Church grieves with the Cherubim & Seraphim Movement Church worldwide and the Alogbo family over this shocking loss of our revered Supreme Head.”
Apostle Ajose said burial arrangements would be communicated accordingly in due course.
