LikeMinds Volunteers for Tinubu has officially unveiled its logo and launched a voter-verification and volunteer registration App designed to strengthen grassroots mobilisation ahead of the 2027 presidential election.

The event, held on Monday, August 17, 2026, at the Musa Yar’Adua Centre, Abuja, attracted prominent Nigerians, political stakeholders, youth leaders, professionals and grassroots mobilisers who expressed support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his administration’s policies and developmental agenda.
The App was officially launched by the APC National Youth Leader, Dr. Dayo Israel, who commended the organisers for what he described as a unique, seamless and credible approach to identifying and mobilising genuine supporters. Speaking at the event, Israel said the outcome of the Osun State Governorship Election had demonstrated the need for political actors to deepen their engagement with voters at the grassroots, irrespective of party popularity.
According to him, “It is time for us to penetrate the grassroots irrespective of our party popularity. We must work closely to communicate the good work of the President to the people. We are the tools needed for the assignment.” He also described the LikeMinds App as a genuine, real-time platform that could assist in monitoring grassroots mobilisation and understanding electoral trends.
The National Coordinator of the organisation, Hon. Adekunle Abdulkabir Akinlade, popularly known as Triple-A, said the group was targeting 2.5 million genuine supporters/voters through its “One-of-Ten” strategy, whereby each verified volunteer is expected to mobilise ten additional voters. A documentary presented at the event showcased the App’s registration and verification process, as well as the organisation’s 45-day proof-of-concept exercise across Nigeria’s six geopolitical zones.
The documentary also highlighted areas of the Tinubu administration’s interventions in infrastructure, education, healthcare, agriculture, economic reforms and other sectors. LikeMinds Volunteers said its model goes beyond conventional political crowd mobilisation by focusing on identifiable volunteers, voter verification, geographical accountability and measurable grassroots engagement. The organisation said the successful launch marks a new phase in its campaign to build a credible, technology-driven nationwide mobilisation network ahead of the 2027 election.
